The Operations Administrator will assist the Alio team in administrative functions related to Alio's business operations. The Operations Administrator will coordinate meetings and calendars and provide administrative support to the Patient Support Programs (PSPs). This role is responsible for monitoring phone lines, taking meeting minutes, and supporting general financial responsibilities as needed.


Accountabilities

  • Process invoices, generating expense and requisition forms
  • Coordinate management calendars and schedule meetings
  • Attend all meetings required and take meeting minutes
  • General administrative duties such as creating and updating spreadsheets and reports, assisting with creating program materials and presentations, and supporting special projects as requested
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to management
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reach maximum productivity
  • Administrative tasks to support Patient Support Programs as requested by management
  • Fulfil other duties as required.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • High level of initiative

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education
  • 2+ years of general administrative experience
  • Experience in healthrelated field
  • English and French bilingualism is a strong asset
