Description

Must have worked on Golden/VIP Tickets

  • Monitoring key IT infrastructure, collaboration and audiovideo components and notifying and escalating to internal IT teams or external vendors as required to ensure continuous operation.
  • Acting as an IT liaison during major incidents and outages and ensuring timely and accurate business communications.
  • Improving processes and services as required to ensure a high level of organizational satisfaction
  • Providing guidance to LoB regarding IT policies and procedures and utilizes knowledge of relevant IT areas to help them navigate the IT landscape in order to meet their needs
  • Performing IMAC (Install, Moves, Adds, Changes) related tasks as assigned
  • Performing preventative maintenance, including testing of collaboration and AV related infrastructure
  • Creating and maintaining systems and process technical documentation and ensuring that is up to date
  • Provides knowledge transfer and mentoring to other team members as required
  • Producing statistics and management reports to show performance against SLAs, analysis of incidents trends

Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Iphone Troubleshooting: 2 years (preferred)

  • Audio/
Video Troubleshooting: 2 years (preferred)
