Leasing Host

We are seeking a Leasing Host to join the leasing team of a new-build rental development in Victoria, British Columbia. As the first point of reference in the building lobby for prospective and future tenants, you will greet visitors, provide assistance and targeted information with the intention of creating a positive and memorable experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors/prospective residents and register them as guests.
• Establish rapport with visitors/prospective residents, gathering information about their current living situation and what they are looking for in a residential rental accommodation.

You will also provide expedient and professional responses to inbound communications from online rental advertisements, maintain standards throughout our rental offices and display suites, perform administrative duties including data entry and emailing daily reports, document all prospective tenant interactions in appropriate database or software.
