- Set up and operate manual machines
- Boring, drill, Engine lathes, milling machines, tapping machine and grinders
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Fabricate parts by cutting, shaping, and finishing materials
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Assemble components using various techniques such as welding or fastening
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist.
- Proficient in using manual machining tools and equipment
- Knowledge of machining techniques and processes
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks, is a plus
