Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and service will be essential in this role.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing orders and handling cash transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer

Skills

• Proven experience in the restaurant or food service industry, preferably as a Bartender
• Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.32 per hour
