What You'll Do Day-To-Day:
- Handle intermediate administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide phone coverage and route technical issues appropriately.
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
- Maintain databases and organize both electronic and paper files.
- Manage office supply orders, facility requests, and equipment repairs.
- Arrange travel, schedule meetings, and support calendar management.
- Assist with expense reconciliation and monthly report preparation.
- Make outbound customer calls as directed.
- Coordinate basic admin projects and research office needs.
- Support meeting logistics and may take notes.
What You'll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently.
- Ability to handle unexpected issues and find effective solutions quickly.
Total Rewards Package:
Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $52,000 - $68,000 per year, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
