Schedule:
Monday to Friday - No Weekends, flexible start times


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts.
  • Accounts receivable tasks, to be done daily or delegated 2 days a week minimum.

About You:


Administrative

  • Minimum 3 years of administration experience
  • Team lead experience is an asset
  • Clinical background in dental with dental software programs considered an asset

Accounts Receivable

  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
