Monday to Friday - No Weekends, flexible start times
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts.
- Accounts receivable tasks, to be done daily or delegated 2 days a week minimum.

About You:
Administrative
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience
- Team lead experience is an asset
- Clinical background in dental with dental software programs considered an asset
Accounts Receivable
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
