Responsibilities:


  • Be involved in the approach to the CX solutions Sales process
  • Become an expert on our CX solutions and portfolio
  • Research on latest CX tool and platforms in market
  • Create comparative analysis on EXL CX solutions with market leading products
  • Communicate analyses by preparing presentations for and participating in Clevel discussions

Qualifications:


  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in electronics or computer engineering or AI related field from toptier universities with strong record of achievement, solid technical ability, and an entrepreneurial handson approach to work
  • 02 years' experience with Contact Center/CCaaS/Conversational AI skills and handson approach

Base Salary Range Disclaimer:

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to:
location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, as well as a Paid Time Off policy, and many region specific benefits.
