Join The Schippers Group as an Inside Sales Representative and be a vital part of our dynamic team, driving sales of T&T products to end-users and dealers across the Canadian market.

Your role involves in-office sales activities, focusing on telephone and computer-based interactions to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

We are seeking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, following our company's culture and strategic sales techniques.

What are you going to do?*:

  • Collaborate with the USA & Integrators Manager and team to set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct incoming telephone orders for T&T, addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively make outgoing sales calls, pitching T&T products to new and existing customers.
  • Create and maintain excellent customer relations, providing product information and resolving issues.
  • Utilize SAP for accurate order processing, ensuring customers receive the correct products at the quoted price.
  • Implement persuasive sales pitches, emphasizing product benefits in economic, health, and production aspects.
  • Collaborate with ontheroad colleagues to enhance synergy and support overall team success.
  • Keep abreast of new products and services, updating colleagues via Cloud4Customer (C4C).
  • Work closely with Logistics staff to ensure product availability and inform customers of back orders.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, testimonials, and to communicate payment terms and website information.
  • Set up new T&T dealers, following up on potential dealers and inquiries in collaboration with the team.

What do we ask?*:


  • Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Cloud4Customer (C4C) is an advantage.
  • Positive and supportive attitude, contributing to a fulfilling work environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with ontheroad sales representatives and other team members.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
