Duties & Responsibilities:
- The BDR will be responsible for the initiation of the sales life cycle of insurance products This includes cold calling, prospecting, qualifying,
- Closely manage prospect database, salesfunnel, and continue to expand managed accounts in the hubspot CRM.
- Maintain high call volumes (minimum 100+ outbound calls per day) and running ongoing Lead Generation outreach campaigns.
- Provide input to improve and refine lead generation processes.
- Strategize and execute new lead generation activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Selfstarter, goal oriented and driven to exceed expectations.
- Persistent, determined, tenacious
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to evaluate priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to cultivate strategic, longterm relationships with ability to identify decision maker(s) and key staff support.
Background Experiences
- Postsecondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years insurance and/or financial B2B sales experience preferred
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM experience
