Job Summary


We provide a full training program and a supportive environment to help develop your skills, as well as the ongoing opportunity for continuous growth.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • The BDR will be responsible for the initiation of the sales life cycle of insurance products This includes cold calling, prospecting, qualifying,
  • Closely manage prospect database, salesfunnel, and continue to expand managed accounts in the hubspot CRM.
  • Maintain high call volumes (minimum 100+ outbound calls per day) and running ongoing Lead Generation outreach campaigns.
  • Provide input to improve and refine lead generation processes.
  • Strategize and execute new lead generation activities.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Selfstarter, goal oriented and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Persistent, determined, tenacious
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to evaluate priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to cultivate strategic, longterm relationships with ability to identify decision maker(s) and key staff support.

Background Experiences

  • Postsecondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years insurance and/or financial B2B sales experience preferred
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM experience
  • Resume
