Description

We're looking for a skilled carpenter or construction worker for fence and deck building.

We value quality work and strive to meet or exceed client expectations, while maintaining a positive work / life balance. We're a small company, with a friendly team of skilled individuals, and offer a flexible work environment.

Our clients are both residential and commercial type projects.

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ability to manage project scope / deliverables
  • Effective communication with team and clients
  • Identify and solution potential roadblocks
  • Manage daily operations and crew
  • Ensure safety of all workers on site
  • Constructing fences and decks as per design
  • Must have your own reliable vehicle and driver's license


There are areas where an individual with a good attitude and willingness to grow, can expand their roles within this small and growing business.


Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

- construction: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driver's license (required)
