Job summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the nursing care of residents in collaboration with other members of the palliative care team.Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and evaluates an appropriate plan of care- Documents timely and accurate reports of relevant observations including resident and family teaching and outcomes
- Processes physician orders
- Acts as an advocate to protect and promote the resident's rights to autonomy, respect, privacy, dignity and access to information
