Description

Job Description:

  • Maintains general ledger verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
  • Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports.
  • Compiles and sorts documents, such as: invoices, work orders, checks, vouchers, and substantiates business transactions Monitors accounts payable, and receivables to ensure that payments are up to date.
  • Reconcile accounts payable / receivable and other accounts.
  • Maintain Rent Rolls
  • Sign Leases and Deal with tenancy issues.

Software Used:
Quickbooks, Adobe, Google Sheets
