Job Description:
- Maintains general ledger verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports.
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as: invoices, work orders, checks, vouchers, and substantiates business transactions Monitors accounts payable, and receivables to ensure that payments are up to date.
- Reconcile accounts payable / receivable and other accounts.
- Maintain Rent Rolls
- Sign Leases and Deal with tenancy issues.
Software Used:
Quickbooks, Adobe, Google Sheets
