GTA Compressor Solutions Inc is looking to recruit a full-time
HR Generalist.

This role is for somebody who likes a fast paced, multi tasking role and they will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire and orientation, employee termination, H&S policy implementation, and will be expected to build good relationships with key managers and owners of the business.


Key requirements of the role include:

  • Full cycle recruitment efforts
New hire orientation and working with Group HR to ensure all administration and documentation is streamlined and up to date particularly with Ontario employment legislation and rules

Coach staff including managers on model role behaviours and company values

Focus on 'customer service mentality' to provide governance to managers and owners on HR practices and procedures

Develop KPI's for the business

Assist with annual reviews

Keep vacation tracker up to date

First line telephone into the company

Customer satisfaction calls weekly


Assist President in various tasks that may include company admin with topics such as Insurance, truck maintenance, sourcing of electronic equipment eg computers, keeping quality and client policies up to date ie Ariba, Avetta and general tasks that reduce managers involvement directly.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
