Description
Report to the VP Operations and provide daily updates to Schedulers & Account Managers. Follow up with guards for the confirmation of the temporary shift coverages.- Follow up with temporary guards on a weekly basis to update their current availability on our system.
- Keep Account Managers, Schedulers and Mobile Patrol Supervisors informed of the updated list of available guards.
- Keep the ADP database for guards up to date which includes licenses, certificates and other employee documents.
- Assist in contacting the prospective guards for scheduling interviews, using various platforms or Job Boards.
- Input new hire & existing guard information into ADP (licenses, certificates, check for missing information)
- Assist the schedulers in other daily office procedures as required.
