Coordinator (entry-level on representative track)
We are searching for two detail-oriented, organized, and energetic Coordinators to join our intensely collaborative team.

This is a small team committed to building an elite artist management organization, and this position is a linchpin of our daily logistics and efficient operations.

In this role, you will primarily assist managers in every aspect of their work:

managing their schedules, rolling calls, organizing and tracking data, preparing submissions, providing initial reviews of contracts and creative material, and more (see below).

This position will also help map out managers' priorities, complete meeting preparation, track deliverables, and ensure appropriate follow-up.


Managers are involved in many aspects of our clients' careers from determining the direction of their creative activity, intentional positioning in the market, opportunity generation, discriminating over projects, dealmaking and contracting, payments, and much more.

As a result, managers have many competing demands on their time.

It will be your job not only to keep up but to get head so that you can help them stay on-task and provide the highest quality representation to our clients as possible.


As you grow into the role and cultivate trust among your principals, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, contribute more substantively and directly to the organization, and work on tasks with a greater degree of autonomy.


Requirements And Responsibilities

  • You love logistics and operate with a relentless attention to detail. You are an organizational wizard who makes everyone around you better a lot better.
  • It's in your nature to be proactive. You take initiative by asking ?What can I do to help??, you preempt potential pitfalls way ahead of time, and you proactively support in all meeting preparation so that each meeting will be successful. You do all this while working collaboratively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and expectations, and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
  • You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, while also being assertive, polished, and warm but professional.
  • You can handle a high volume of tasks without leaving any loose ends all while clearly communicating with managers, other staff members, clients, and outside parties.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining an appropriate professional distance and confidentiality.
  • You are adept at quickly learning new processes, technology, and possess the ability to assimilate yourself and become familiar with existing systems. You are undaunted by SaaS tools of various kinds and are eager to have them help you.
  • You are highly culturally literate with a developed interest in the Film/TV industry as well as other forms of storytelling including books, longform journalism, podcasts, comics and graphic novels, music, sports, and visual art.
  • You will carry our flag in every interaction you have with the industry whether on the phone, inperson at the office, at film festivals and industry events, in less formal industry settings, and even in casual encounters with other industry members.
  • You are a natural networkeryou like meeting new people and you yourself are also quite likeableand understand that you must represent your organization in the best possible manner.
  • You have 2+ years' proven work experience demonstrating the above requirements.
  • Your highest level of education is at least a BA/BS from an accredited University or College.

Starting compensation:

commensurate with industry norms; however, compensation escalates regularly with demonstrated progress, mastery, and most important earned trust of the principals.
