What You'll Do

Experience & Education Requirements:


  • High School diploma,
  • Undergraduate degree and/or 1+ years relevant experience

Your Commitment
Location Telesat Court, Ottawa ON


Training Commitment (Full time hours)
Training is mandatory and is scheduled at 37.5 hours per week for 8 weeks. Training times are Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm EST.


Scheduling Commitment
Full Time - 37.5hrs per week between business hours. Business hours Monday to Sunday 7am-12am.
Part Time - Minimum 22.5hrs a week during business hours. Business hours are Monday to Sunday, 7am-12am
(Available to French/English bilinguals only)

What's Next

Hybrid Role:
The first up to 8 weeks of your training will be required to come to the office.

This will help you learn the TD culture, engage with colleagues and leaders and have the support required to get comfortable with the various systems and process moving virtually.

Afterwards, you will begin working remotely given you meet the requirements which include but are not limited to a quiet workspace, required internet bandwidth and the use of your phone for incoming calls.

Once the training is complete, you will continue working from home but you will be asked to come on premises approximately once a month for moments that matter which will be dependent on the business needs.

You must reside within the Ottawa-Gatineau region or within commutable distance to the office.
