Skills and Responsibilities:

Summary Change Manage with practical experience leading Change Management initiatives for large Transformation projects and direct engagement with internal stakeholders at all level.

This individual will work in close partnership with Project Managers to manage change and deliver the transformation program goals.

It is a People Change Manager position needing practical experience leading Change Management initiatives for large IT transformation projects.

The program is Salesforce implementation.

Skills required to be successful in this role are, Deliverables Vision and Change case Change Management approach and plan Change Impact Assessment Training materials/content.

Adoption/engagement activities and plan Communications plan: Geared to stakeholders; focused on the change itself, impact, and new way(s) of working.
