Jr. Operations Manager - Full Time

Fraser Valley (Greater Vancouver) Franchise

Compensation:
$21/hour starting wage + performance bonus of up to 1.25% of daily revenue
The Jr. Operations Manager is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically.

Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):

Supervising a team of Truck Team Members and motivating them to achieve their goals that you have set with the assistance of the business owner.
Ensuring highquality execution for all jobs; monitoring postjob satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise
Performing office responsibilities including maintaining an organized workspace.
Manage daily operations including GANTT and customer contact
Participate and support Ops in Morning Meeting
Update Attendance Tracker (Call Ins, Late, etc.)
Oversee Daily truck inspection (start and end of day)
Ensure COGS are entered in Pipeline for every operating day
Report any issues that arise from daily operations accidents, damages or customer issues
Complete Welcome Calls/Texts (Via Driveline)
A great attitude and strong multitasking, time management skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals
Valid driver's license
