Job Description*As we have started our Dynamic Working plan, this role is designated as "Hybrid"
Established in 1987, Fidelity Investments Canada provides Canadian investors with a full range of mutual funds, ETFs and alternative funds.
Fidelity funds are available through a number of advice-based distribution channels, including financial planners, investment dealers, banks, and insurance companies.
This includes $41 billion in assets for institutional clients, including public and corporate-defined benefit pension plans; endowments; foundations; and corporate assets on behalf of clients across Canada.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Production, the Marketing Production Specialist supports the production of all graphic/print, online/rich media and broadcast communications and inventory management across at Fidelity Canada.
As an excellent communicator, you will have a demonstrated ability to communicate with and handle (as necessary) other production staff and external design/production vendors/agencies.
You will also assist with the administrative aspects that support Marketing, coordinating invoices and payment processing, and support the Workfront System Administrator.
What You Will Do:
- Be in involved with Production and "end to end" project management of all print and related media including; brochures, one pagers, thought leadership papers, letters etc. Work in close partnership with FIC/FCI/FCC, content, advertising, digital, events, translation, production, design, InvestorCOM, external design vendors.
- Be an expert user of all marketing workflow systems in concert with Marketing Production team. Using Workfront, and MediaSilo, you will provide tracking, scheduling, and reporting on all jobs being completed in Marketing Communications.
- Provide general administrative support, including processing invoices and expenses, for marketing vendors such as professional services and licensing.
- Track expenses associated with campaigns ensuring results are on time and within budget and identify and promote areas for cost efficiencies.

- Diplomacy, calm and problemsolving abilities demonstrated "under pressure"
- Excellent organization skills and an ability to multitask
- Experience in the Financial Industry an asset
