- Gain deep understanding of complex HR software systems (e.g., System A, System B) to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR Team to identify areas for process automation and optimization, aligning with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into system functionalities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and lead testing and support efforts for system enhancements.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, and labor scheduling.
- Experience in cloud-based systems, data security principles, and data transformation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years of System Administration & Configuration and Agile Methodologies.
- Previous experience managing complex HR systems and collaborating with external vendors.
