    Summary


    As a Program Manger - Commerce Transformation, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing comprehensive strategic initiative to enhance OMNI commerce business and technological capabilities of the organization. Underpinned by a single commerce platform, OMNI commerce provides customers with unified shopping experience across various channels (on-line, call centre and retail). It aims to provide customers with a cohesive and consistent journey, allowing them to transition effortlessly between different touchpoints.

    You are dynamic and forward-thinking professional who can navigate the intersection of business and technological innovation to propel organization towards sustained growth, efficiency and competitiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Mange and lead large transformational and complex initiatives, aligned with the organizations overall goals and objectives across all channels and customer touchpoints.
    • Ability to stand to bridge the gap between business and technology
    • Deep knowledge of enterprise and OMNI commerce capabilities and E2E customer lifecycle.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with business, pricing and marketing leaders to drive product and process evolution achieving simplification while supporting improved revenue generation and customer experience.
    • Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and business process optimization to achieve objectives.
    • Proven track record as a people leader with ability influence effective decision making
    • Multi-dimensional thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, demonstrating ability to quickly structure path forward and simplify complexity.
    • Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
    • Strong understanding of service design principles, product management discipline and scaled agile delivery model.
    • Evaluate existing technology infrastructure and recommend enhancements or replacements to meet current and future business needs.
    • Drive culture of change readiness, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and embrace need for transformation

    Critical Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience leading large business and technology project or programs from inception to closure.
    • Strong understanding of business processes, technology trends, and industry best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex transformation projects on time and within budget.
    • Familiarity with various project management methodologies, delivery models and tools.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
