Hiring: General Manager - Toronto, ON, Canada - Swish Maintenance Limited

Description

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the General Manager is responsible for leading the branch, establishing operating performance, setting goals, objectives and expectations, and successfully executing the company's Strategic Plan.

The individual in this role is directly involved in bid/RFP strategy, overseeing key account renewals and negotiations, strategic price increases, and maintaining top level relationships with strategic customers.

Ensure the branch is able and equipped to perform at the highest possible levels by following the Company's policies, processes, disciplines and accountabilities
3-5 years of experience managing the P&L of a growth-oriented business
Valid Driver's License and the appetite and ability to travel for work
Strong leadership ability to motivate, train and manage for results
Ability to develop various market, sales, and customer growth strategies along with plans
Proven organization and multitasking skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple and changing priorities
