Description

Key responsibilities include:

Providing calendar support, including planning and scheduling of meetings, coordinating work blocks and travel
Recording meeting minutes and/or action items from meetings
Expense management and processing
Supporting in the creation of PowerPoint slide decks and proofreading of various documents
Proactively anticipate needs and respond to all issues in a timely manner
Represent the Executive team member as an extension of Xplore's values and demonstrates a customer first mindset
Other miscellaneous tasks as required
Previous 35 experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role and/or a graduate of an Office Administration degree or diploma
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills
Subject matter expert on productivity and communication tools including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint) as well as Zoom
A sensitivity to and professional approach to confidential information
A selfstarter, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
Ability to resolve problems/issues in a prompt and efficient manner
Flexible with the ability to adjust your schedule as required to accommodate business needs
Bilingualism in French and English is an asset (though not required)
