Description
Visual Designer (2-5 years of experience) - Canada (Remote)Info-Tech fosters a growth-focused, entrepreneurial culture with unlimited opportunities for professional growth and development.

Lead social feature design projects, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and guided by senior design insights.
Engage in social listening, user research, and usability testing to inform design choices.
Develop design solutions that are in harmony with our comprehensive design system and best practices.
Advocate for user-centric design decisions across all stages of the social product lifecycle, adapting to feedback to optimize the user experience.
Minimum2years of UI/UX design experienceProficiencywithcontemporary design and prototyping software
Creative–applying design thinkingtobuildunconventionaldesigns that exceed stakeholder expectations; Software skills;ability to use a variety of software i.e.
Adobe CC, Figma, Office 365etc.
Design Layout Skills -utilizingiconography, typography, colour, and interaction together,to assist usersinnavigatingproducts
Collaboration Skills –ability to brainstorm creative design concepts using wireframes/sketches/whiteboardingwhile leveraging soliddesign principlesonadiverse team in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
