    HR Assistant Manager, HR Assistant Officer

    Employment Type : 6-Month Contract


    Location :
    On-Site in Downtown Toronto


    Responsibilities:
    Support Assistant Officer in job descriptions collection

    Maintain job posts and assist in initial applicant screening

    Administrate basic recruitment records for employees and interns

    Administrate team calendar and dates tracking for recruitment team

    Maintain records and keep Assistant Manager and Assistant Officer posted

    Assist in communications with assigned applicants

    Supoort Assistant Officer in job advertisement bill processing

    Support on-boarding process and orientation administration

    Undertake other assigned clerical duties


    Requirements:
    Bachelor and above in HR or Business/Commerce

    2 years of recruitment experience or 2 years of work experience in office administration or equivalent

    Proficient in English, Chinese language skills is an asset

    Good software skills with Word and Excel

    Discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information

    Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-tasking

    Strong communication skills and attention to details
