Administration/Sterilization Technician
Stettler Denture Clinic is currently seeking an Administration/Sterilization Technician to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual with excellent organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing high standards of customer service, infection control, and patient safety.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in Managing the daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling appointments, answering the phones, and greeting patients.
• Monitor patient flow and ensure all appointments are scheduled appropriately.
• Verify insurance and collect payments from patients.
• Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Clean, disinfect and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols and regulations.
• Manage the flow of instruments and equipment between the treatment rooms and sterilization area.
• Ensure all dental supplies are properly stored and organized.
• Follow all infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Assist will other clinical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of dental terminology/procedures and software an asset

Full/ Part-Time position available

Wage to be discussed upon Interview.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Stettler, AB T0C 2L0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
