  • Strong ability to interact with users in clear and courteous manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical ability.
  • Able to work with longterm perspective in addressing customer or business area problems/issues.
  • Strong ability to coach and mentor others to achieve objectives.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external business contacts.
  • Strong commitment to ongoing professional and technical development.

You Have:


  • Postsecondary school education in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure and Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring systems and components.
  • Extensive routing and switching infrastructure experience a requirement
  • Experience operating in ITIL Framework for Change, incident, and problem management.
  • CCNA, CCNP, Azure Network Engineer and related technical certifications are an asset
