Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize documents for scanning and digitization
- Sort and categorize documents based on established guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of document preparation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow standard operating procedures for document handling and processing
- Perform quality checks to ensure scanned documents are legible and accurate
- Assist with general administrative tasks as neededQualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with records management principles and practices
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
- Knowledge of SharePoint or other document management systems is a plus
- Ability to analyze documents for proper categorization and indexing
- Basic understanding of Frenchfry language is preferred but not required
