Description

• Prepare and organize documents for scanning and digitization
• Sort and categorize documents based on established guidelines
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of document preparation
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Follow standard operating procedures for document handling and processing
• Perform quality checks to ensure scanned documents are legible and accurate
• Assist with general administrative tasks as neededQualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
• Familiarity with records management principles and practices
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
• Knowledge of SharePoint or other document management systems is a plus
• Ability to analyze documents for proper categorization and indexing
• Basic understanding of Frenchfry language is preferred but not required
