A Day in the Life

Setting up and maintaining preauthorized payment methods, as well as customer records
Responding to our retailer inquiries about their accounts
Handling the preauthorized payment processes, auto payments, EDI, and cheque processing
Actively seek outstanding customer account balances, handling collections and account postings
Maintaining working relationships with our fantastic retailers across Canada and in the USA

Qualifications:

Accounting Education: certificate, diploma, degree (preferred)
Previous Accounts Receivable or related experience (preferred)
French conversational fluency is considered an asset
