- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from clients
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames
- Maintain organization within cleaning supplies and equipment
- Experience in residential cleaning is preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules and tasks effectively
- Hospitality mindset to ensure client satisfaction with the cleaning services provided
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
