This dynamic position requires a person who is able to prioritize and allocate the time to handle multiple tasks. This person is the front line, point of contact with our valued clients and our all-important first impression.
Daily tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, scheduling, and invoicing must be carried out with a proactive skillset that adheres to the core values we stand for.
You must care about the success of what we do as much as we do and we want to celebrate all you bring to our mission.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILTIES (Super Hero Mission)

Customer Service:
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Scheduling work
Paperwork:
- Sending estimates / invoices
- Tracking jobs
- Tracking referrals
- Online payroll entry
- Creating and updating manuals as needed
Computer skills:
- Excel
- Dropbox
- Mac computer system preferred
- Minimal posting on social media
- Creative solutions
- Research and list building
WORK REQUIREMENTS

- Must be proactive
- Excel
- Maintain consistent work habits
- Available to management team at preset times
- Ability to prioritize
- Workable knowledge of excel, dropbox and willingness to learn CRM
- Understanding geography in terms of booking appointments
- Previous work with a complex workload

IDEAL PERSON
We are looking to partner with a person who embraces accountability.
With the many facets of the business and its changing landscape we want someone to help maintain trust with our clients.
This ideal person needs to be able to anticipate when disaster may strike, plan and execute a swift mode of action, and minimize any collateral damage.
Essentially you would be a cross between Wonder Woman who is strong but compassionate and Dr. Strange who has the ability to learn quickly and implement new skills.Positon is for approx 35-40 hours a week.
Can be done remotely with skype check in meetings.
