Florette is looking for a General Manager with a true passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.

We're a neighbourhood restaurant in West Queen West dishing out funky food and cocktails, in a cozy, stylish space.

Our menu focuses on comfort-inspired sharing plates with local, seasonal ingredients and inventive culinary-inspired cocktails + cool natural wines that pair well.

Over the past year, we've built a restaurant that is focused on creativity and warm comfort. We're proud of the incredible reception we've gotten from the neighbourhood and the city, so far. Our next GM will be joining at an exciting time as we start our 2nd year off strong.

We're looking for a seasoned hospitality leader to take over as General Manager - these are a few things that matter to us:

You like the idea of leading a small team, with a big vision to build one of the coolest spots in the city. We have big plans on how this restaurant will continue to push toward being a true neighbourhood staple.

Passion for food, cocktails, wine: We love what we make and our FOH team will be communicating the excitement we have about everything we put on the table.

The details matter to you: You pay attention to all the little things that add up to the experience every guest who walks through this door has.

2+ years as a General Manager at similar restaurants. If you don't have this, we'd still love to hear from you if you think this role is made for you

We're working on building an incredible restaurant + cocktail bar, by first building an amazing place to work. Somewhere that is collaborative, caring, and fun.
