Core responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Providing product technical information to customer based on technical product drawing from manufacturer
Reading technical chart and providing accurate product sizing as specified by customer
Providing solutions, suggesting alternative solutions when an issue/problem occurred to customer or co-worker

Sales Assistant:

Answering sales calls, identifying products, checking accuracy, and generate picking order for warehouse team
Assisting inside sales in checking the accuracy of sales order down to picking order prior to parts being shipped to our customer or being picked up by our customer
Assisting outside sales manager in administration of products/parts warranty claims and service warranty claims
Follow-ups and proactively monitor ongoing back-order sales and new sales lead
Identifying right person to handle sales calls, attend and process the sales, or transfer the calls/take messages as necessary for the right person who able to process the sales
Assisting in marketing initiatives in creating content using available social media platforms, and responding to online customer comments/inquiries
Other duties as assigned to help with operations and sales team
