This is a key role that involves providing safe and efficient transportation to and from school and school-related activities, as well as contributing to the growth and development of children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus
- Work as part of a team to contribute to the growth and development of children and youth

Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain a valid Saskatchewan Class 1-5 Driver's License for at least 2 years.
- Must hold a valid School Bus Endorsement (training available for non-licensed drivers)
- Clear driver's abstract, with no major infractions.
- Satisfactory medical examinations in accordance with The Highway Traffic Act
- First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time routes paid at a daily rate plus a per km rate.
- Drivers with young children may take their children with them on the bus.
- Physical ability to load and unload students in wheelchairs may be required.

Additional Information:
- This position is subject to CUPE Agreement.
- Working in varied climates and road conditions.
