POSITON PROFILE

Access Healthcare Services is dedicated to delivering home health services of the highest standard with a focus on compassion, quality and service excellence.

In our pursuit to solidify our position as an emerging leader in the home health industry, we are currently in search of an exceptional Business Development Manager who shares our passion for home and community health.

Reporting to the Vice President Operations, this position will enhance our team and community programs by expanding our reach and building our home health private services division throughout the Champlain region.

The incumbent will play a crucial role in broadening our market presence and guaranteeing exceptional client care.

This newly developed role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and developing strategies to increase market share in the home health industry.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the home health sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and insurance companies.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote our services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated gogetter: displays relentless competitiveness in a fastpaced environment.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and proactive problemsolving, ensuring strategic initiatives align with AHS's vision and values

QUALIFCATIONS

  • Completion of postsecondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the home health industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets
  • Advanced technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
  • Ability to travel within assigned area
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of the home health regulatory environment

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary $80,000 (plus commission after probation period)
