Your Role
Working closely under the supervision of the Director, CRM Management & Business Analytics, the CRM Data Analyst is responsible to:

Serve as a contact for Salesforce inquiries (Internal & external)
Monitor data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
Assist endusers on Salesforce functionality.

What you'll do here:

Manage user requests to create, edit and add salesforce records.
Develop and automate reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements and provide support for existing custom reports.
Distribute created reports and dashboards within established timelines.
Duplicate corrections: Assess and correct duplicate cases that occur involving Accounts and other key information that interchange with other platforms.
Ensure data quality by cleansing, validation, and input activities with acute attention to detail and accuracy. Address recurring concerns and propose solutions to mitigate or resolve them.
Conduct quality assurance queries to maintain the accuracy of the data and enhance data quality and maximize the value of CRM systems.
Provide enduser training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
Manage user access, profiles, and permissions, ensuring smooth access to the system.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, Sales, Costing, Contracts, CX, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to optimize Salesforce.

What you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent work experience
12 years salesforce experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal & written skills essential in French and English.
