The Store Concierge plays a crucial role in driving foot traffic, engaging potential customers, and creating awareness about the significance of regular eye exams.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach customers passing the store, fostering awareness about the Specsavers brand and offer.
- Provide information on eye health and benefits of professional eye exams.
- Offering to clean or adjust customers current glasses to engage in conversation to encourage bookings and glasses sales.
- Communicate effectively with retail staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and glasses sales.
- Prioritize a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and informative interactions.
About you:
- A willingness to promote Specsavers from the lease line of the store.
- Enjoys interacting with people and building positive customer relationships.
- Comfortable working outside to reach a broader audience.
- Confident and engaging communication style.
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Determined to accomplish results through perseverance and has a cando attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, event staffing, or promotional roles is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Passionate about promoting health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
