    • Education: Not mandatory

    • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces for painting
    • Fix cracks and holes
    • Mix paint for the desired color and texture
    • Set up scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging

      • Experience with equipment and machinery:

    • Brush painting
    • Spray painting
    • Pump spraying
    • Roller painting
    • Thermal spray equipment operation

      • Specialization in coating/application:

    • Aggregate painting
    • Fiberglass work
    • Applying fire retardants
    • Surface gilding
    • Experience with gas-proofing materials
    • Working with urethanes
    • Applying metallized coatings
    • Using powdered coatings
    • Dipping techniques
    • Lead-based removal and encapsulation
    • Experience in paint spraying
