POSITION:
Marketing Coordinator

REPORTS TO:
Marketing Director

Hybrid Structure, On-site 2 days per week (Abbotsford Office)

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Little Northern Bakehouse to join our Marketing team.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the internal team to support projects such as developing marketing materials and content, be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, ensuring deliverables are met, and reporting on the success of each project.

You will act as a brand ambassador and communicate the brand's message through customer service, social media and events.

EXPERIENCE

You have a Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field
You have 1 to 2 years relevant experience working in a similar capacity
You have experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
You have experience with Google Analytics, WordPress and social media platforms

THINGS YOU WILL DO

Support Marketing Director to deliver on consumer communication programs
Work with agencies to deliver programs, including PR, digital, packaging and events
Work closely with Marketing Director and team, providing support for projects such as coordination of photo shoot elements, proofing and printing materials, presentation preparation, sales support requests, filing and data entry and other duties as assigned
Must be able to travel internationally for Trade Shows
