Description

Responsibilities

  • Performing general laborer duties
  • Performs a wide variety of activities on various machinery throughout the plant (i.e. CNC Machine, Punch Press, and 5Axis)
  • Follow all steps outlined on machine specific work instructions
  • Assist primary operator to load blanks on machinery in a various department
  • Assist in the preparation of product to be shipped using strapping machine and label product using the proper shipping labels
  • Ensure that all appropriate personal protective equipment is always being warn while on the shop floor
  • Use various pneumatic or electrical tools such as grinders, belt sanders etc. in a safe and proper manner
  • Ensure that the workplace is kept clean at the end of the shift and that all floors are swept
  • Must communicate any issues or concerns to the Production Manger/Supervisor
  • Work in other capacities as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be able to communicate in English both verbal and written
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
