    About the TeamJoin the Workday AI organization, where you'll be building and supporting powerful AI capabilities that power Workday's product suite. You'll be working with a multi-functional team that ships frequently, iterates rapidly, and is supporting millions of users of Workday's products.
    About the RoleEvisort Engineering is growing As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll join a collaborative, multi-functional team working to enhance and expand our AI-driven contract management platform. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers to help deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that transform how legal and business teams manage their contracts.

    Your technical contributions and team-first attitude will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes.

    • Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and develop teams to build and evolve our vision, strategy, and roadmap

    • Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform — from development to production ("you build it, you run it")
      About YouBasic Qualifications:
      8+ years of experience in software engineering 5+ years experience with a web development framework (Python preferred: Flask, Django, or FastAPI) 5+ years with a Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred)Other Qualifications:
      Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
    • Familiarity with the tradeoffs and architecture of modern distributed systems
    • Knowledge of software development standards (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability)
    • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Familiarity with Elasticsearch
    • Exposure to additional programming languages like Java (backend) and TypeScript (frontend/fullstack) is a plus
    • Proven success working within fast-paced, agile environments and multi-functional teams
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into clear, thoughtful solutions

      Workday Pay Transparency StatementWorkday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
