Job summary
We are currently looking for a Constant Care Attendant to provide constant observation of clients at risk of harm in the Nursing Department.The hours of work are 8-hour shifts, days, evenings and nights including weekends. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed Grade 12 or equivalent to qualify for the role and have excellent verbal communication skills,
facilitate positive relationships,
satisfactory attendance levels performance levels disciplinary history and positive work references;
proven ability to adhere to safe work practices;
an understanding of the Internal Responsibility System (OH&S Act) along with training in violent aggression de-escalation techniques as an asset;
