PROJECT OVERVIEW


We require a contractor to support the current 1GX/SAP Centre of Excellence team, who requires specialized knowledge in the areas of S4/Hana to SuccessFactors integration.


HCM resource, providing support for the following services:

  • Project management
  • Full user support and help desk management
  • Business process operations activities
  • Supporting 1GX functionality
  • User access and permissions
  • Interfaces, batch file processing, printing and cheques
  • UAT, testing, date integrity and scrambling
  • Supporting 1GX software upgrades and releases

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Responsible for taking business requirements and translating them into technical requirements and solutions.

  • Create project documents and associated planning documents.
  • Create stakeholder analyses.
  • Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
  • Create business requirements, functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Create new business and technical processes and complete business process reviews/reengineering for existing processes.
  • Facilitate business process improvement sessions.
  • Assist in the development of new IT services.
  • Schedule, organize and lead project status meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Provide support by bridging communication between vendors, client ministries, and corporate technical and business teams.
  • Escalate unresolved issues/risks, options and recommendations.
  • Responsible for business architecture design, software system specifications design, and database modelling.
  • Participate iterative development using modelbased processes.
  • Perform project management, business and technical analysis and systems design in delivering complex software solutions spanning ntier development environments.
  • Produce project artifices with XML; UML and/or other webservices technologies.
  • Prepare regular project status reports indicating project deliverables, possible risk and issues, timelines and anticipated effort.
  • Ensure appropriate project communication occurs to all parties involved during all phases of the project.
  • Identify required user training.
  • Additional responsibilities as required by the Project Manager for a Business Analyst or Lead Technical Analyst role

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following: (8+ years)
  • University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and 4yr Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience;
OR

  • 2yr diploma in business, management or a related discipline and 6yr BA experience;
OR

  • 1yr certificate in business, management or a related discipline and 7yr BA experience;
OR

  • 8yr BA experience
  • Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.) (4+ years)
  • Experience working within an agile development environment (4+ years)
  • Experience working within ERP solutions, including SAP/S4Hana, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and/or VIM (4+ years)
  • Experience working in specific streams
  • SCM, Finance, HCM, Payroll, and/or Security (4+ years)
  • Experience in 1 or more of the items listed below (4+ years)
  • SAP Time Evaluation and Work Flow
  • SAP Payroll Configuration
  • SAP Query
  • Understand SF position management and replication, Workflow reroutes
  • SF recruitment and Onboarding
  • Scheduling/Time Rostering

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Makes decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues and without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy (4+ years)
  • Lead and/or coordinate User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multistakeholder environment (4+ years)
