Our team is actively looking for a
Junior Executive Assistant to work with our Executive Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will be assisting in planning and executing general business operations and management.
This role will work across Niradia's four main operating divisions, requiring strong communication skills, a high aptitude, flexibility, and ability to function with mínimal direction.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update fluid calendar plan, monitor, and coordinate daily/ weekly schedule and Outlook calendar including ability to change / revise appointments as necessary for both personal and business
- Administrative duties (filing, expense reports, mail, etc.)
- Assist in Managing travel arrangements book flights, hotels, cars etc.
- Meetings minutes take or type minutes and distribute them in a timely manner, archive and file the minutes in an organized, systemic manner.
- Credit card expense reports receipt match, code and recover any missing receipts.
- Manage invoice payments and approvals of payments write cheques, obtain appropriate approvals, facilitate online payments and maintain records of transactions.
- Maintain a filing system bank statements, employment documents, invoices, etc.
- Generate data reports this includes cheques registry, banking, mortgages etc.
- Taxes compose rental and property income/loss statements, compile all tax forms to be distributed to external consultants.
- Perform other duties as required.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Must have strong business acumen with the ability to make decisions, manage time effectively, and keep organized with conflicting priorities.
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Highlymotivated individual who is capable of using initiative and selfmanaging skills to work effectively and independently with mínimal direction.
- High level of professionalism coupled with High levels of integrity and discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant required.
- College or University education preferred.
- Social media and marketing skills would be an asset
- High energy, selfmotivated and flexible
Hours: Mon to Fri (8-5 pm) 1 hour lunch

Working Conditions, Compensation, and Next Steps:
Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
