Sales Manager - Delta, Canada - Abodian

Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented sales manager to oversee our A players. You will be a mentor, a coach, and a cheerleader all rolled into one. You'll liaison between our sales designers and the operations, finance, and marketing departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 68 sales reps within 2 locations (Delta, BC & Seattle, WA)
• Conduct weekly ride alongs
• Monitor closing rates
• Be a supportive coach and mentor
• One on ones and performance reviews
• Be ready to run leads
• Help sales reps close their sales

Qualifications

• Sales management experience in the home remodeling industry 5+ years (required)
• Inhome sales experience 5+ years (required)
• Experienced using a CRM, Salesforce a +
• Proven track record of leading a successful sales team
• Reliable transportation with a clean DMV record, and a valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Ability to work days, nights, and every other weekend

Salary:
$75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
