    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Governance Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance program, you will play a vital role in overseeing policy management and compliance at the GTAA. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the Pearson Standard program, supporting business unit teams, updating senior leadership on Pearson Standard progress, implementing the Compliance Reporting Program, and developing a robust compliance environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Pearson Standard program, including support for critical initiatives targeting increased external and internal compliance.
    • Support business unit teams in implementing Pearson Standard charters for areas benefiting from increased accountability, resources, and compliance.
    • Update senior leadership and the airport community on Pearson Standard progress through relevant reports and metrics.
    • Implement the Compliance Reporting Program.
    • Develop a robust compliance environment.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • A post-secondary diploma in Business, Economics, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
    • Three years of experience in business, project management, communications, economics, or related fields.
    • Two years of people management or leadership experience.
    • Experience in data governance roles, working with senior leadership, and in risk management considered an asset.
    • Demonstrated experience working in a customer-centric environment.
    • The ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
