    The ideal candidate will have proven experience (5+ years) in delta 1, equity derivatives trading or related field, with a focus on custom and complex hedging solutions and/or risk management for counterparties. Demonstrated expertise in designing bespoke pay-off structures and executing multi-layered trades is essential. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills are required, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate meaningful client relationships.
