    Position:
    General Manager, Health Fitness &

    Aquatics Centre Locations:
    Receive a complimentary YMCA membership to our Health & Fitness facilities, and discounts on YMCA childcare and camp programs

    Be part of a caring and supportive network of people to help each other succeed
    Be committed to YMCA of Southwestern Ontario policy and procedures.
    responsible for the development/implementation of operational plans and the Association's Human Resource Policies and Procedures
    Be responsible for community and partner relationship building.
    Accountable for achieving operational goals through financial management of the branch.
    Accountable for the development and implementation of tactical plans for the branch including budgets, staff and volunteer hiring and development, quality assurance, asset management, positioning, Member Engagement and Philanthropy
    3-year post-secondary degree in business and/or marketing or a related field
    3-5 years' experience in a results-oriented mid-management role overseeing staff and/or volunteers
    Skills in Human Resources Management, Health, Fitness and Aquatics membership and program delivery, as well as financial management
    Experience building connections and relationships within and between community organizations
    Computer knowledge in Office 365 using Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    It is a YMCA of Southwestern Ontario requirement that all employees and volunteers have a minimum of two vaccinations against COVID-19.
