Job Summary

As the Compliance Officer - Summer Student, you will drive the quality of the Commercial Client's Margin & Covenant process from credit approval to funding.

You will facilitate efficient fulfillment procedures for commercial clients with - Analyzing financial statements to ensure they are in compliance with loan agreements

Interact with service partners
Provide advice on streamlining the fulfillment processes
Take ownership to resolve issues and client concerns
Reviews transactions, reports and documents to ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies and procedures

Must-have

Solid understanding of company financial statements
Experience in analyzing financial statements
Ability to work with service partners
Numbers oriented with strong attention to detail

Nice-to-have

Business and risk management experience
Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or work experience in Commercial Banking related field
